Octagon Theatre

The award-winning Octagon Theatre is a 380-seat producing theatre set in the heart of Bolton town centre. It currently welcomes 150,000 people a year to attend performances of a diverse range of plays and other events, participate in its youth theatre or visit the vibrant on-site café or bar.

Odeon
Located within The Printworks centre, the Odeon Manchester houses 23 seperate cinema screens.
Opera House

One of the city's premier venues, The Manchester Opera House is the sister venue of the Palace Theatre.

Ordsall Hall Museum

Ordsall Hall is now closed for two years until 2011.

Royal Northern College of Music
The RNCM, formed in 1973 from the merger of the Royal Manchester College of Music with the Northern School of Music, has, for many years, been the first choice institution for a large number of aspiring professional musicians from the UK and overseas.
Salford Museum and Art Gallery

A local history museum with a changing exhibition programme, Lark Hill Place, a reconstructed Victorian street and a permanent Victorian Gallery.

Smithills Hall
Set in over 2,000 acres of grounds and restored formal gardens, Smithills Hall is one of the oldest and best preserved manor houses in the North West.
